Heather Rademacher-Taylor & Stephanie Cote (Oweesta)
Heather Rademacher Taylor works as a Programs Officer, Capacity Building at First Nations Oweesta Corporation. She is a graduate of the University of Denver, where she earned her M.A. in International Human Rights and Development and a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance.

Ms. Cote is the Communications Manager for First Nation Oweesta Corporation, responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans. Ms. Cote attained her BA in Comparative Literature.
Heather Rademacher Taylor works as a Programs Officer, Capacity Building at First Nations Oweesta Corp., where she manages projects and grants, provides training and technical assistance to Native CDFIs, Native nonprofits, and Tribes, and works on development for the organization. She is a graduate of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, where she earned her M.A. in International Human Rights and Development and a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance. Additionally, she earned a B.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University. 

Ms. Cote is the Communications Manager for First Nation Oweesta Corp., responsible for developing and implementing a strategic communications plan that advances the goals of First Nations Oweesta Corporation’s research findings and industry news. Ms. Cote attained her BA in Comparative Literature in French and English, with a minor in Native American Studies.
