Training Description: Internal Controls in the form of Policies and Procedures must reflect an organization’s vision, mission, and priorities, as well as its boundaries and limitations. This session provides an overview of how to develop the most effective way to: (1) create policies and procedures that readers can and will use; (2) write clear, concise and accurate policies and procedures; (3) design manuals for readability; and (4) handle the planning and implementation challenges involved in writing policies and procedures.
