Tuesday, January 23, 2018 11:00:00 AM PST - 12:00:00 PM PST
Training Description: Probate is the legal process of distributing one’s property and possessions to their heirs and descendants upon their death. When a person dies, and if there is a will, their property would be given to the persons they designated in the will. When a person dies without a will the property would be distributed to their “next of kin” according to the law. This course will introduce you to the steps of probate when it involves land, a home, mineral rights or other type of property where rights are involved.
