Training Description: While Social Media is an important part of marketing & advertising in the 21st Century, the basis of this idea stems back from the early retailers & shopkeepers. They understood their customer’s needs & wants by directly interacting with them. Connecting people is the center of Social Media. Social Media has changed how people connect with one another; however can your organization and program benefit from having a social media presence? This webinar is designed to help your organization and its programs to better understand the new forms of social outreach currently being used, all while utilizing them for little to no cost. You will learn how to develop an effective online strategy for programs or organizations that focus on success using your website and social media. In addition, you will be discovering tools & techniques that work best for those programs or organizations. Lastly, new approaches to reach out & speak to your consumers without making them feel as if you are only selling to them.
